About Me

I think the best way to describe myself is by sharing our mission statement with you. As a broker and licensed REALTOR for the last 12 years with 15 years in the mortgage industry prior to that I think right about now I have seen EVERYTHING, then another day goes by and I realize just how much this industry NEEDS that kind of experience to help buyers and sellers through the sometimes harsh but never dull real estate markets. My experience is the foundation that I stand ON and my mission statement is the foundation that I stand FOR.. As REALTORS come and go I am here to stay. I have been in the RE/MAX 100% club for 4 consecutive years and in the top 5% of REALTORS in Metro Phoenix area 5 out or 8 years. 90% of my business comes from repeat and referral business and the rest comes from a combination of our involvement in the community (Chamber of Commerce and Pet rescue organizations) as well as referrals from other CRS and GRI designees from across the country. My commitment to the industry and strong belief in continuing education keeps me always learning, always growing and always proud to be called a REALTOR.

My mission is to fulfill my desire of providing practical advice and professional counseling to my real estate clients by living up to my values of integrity, honesty, empathy and caring.

By using my talents of realistic common sense, practical experience and exceptional customer service I will leave the gifts of homeownership, friendship, satisfaction, peace of mind and financial security to those I advise and educate through the home buying and selling and property management processes.

Areas of Expertise

My specialty is property management, buyer representation, relocation, residential new/resale homes and 2nd/vacation homes. Almost all of our listings come from previous clients or referrals. .

I have been a REALTOR and broker for 12 years and prior to that I was in the mortgage lending business for 15 years with extensive background as a VP and Team Leader for centralized processing/underwriting and a producing branch sales manager after relocating to Arizona from Illinois. My experience in the lending field has proven to be one of my strongest assets for both my buyer’s and seller’s and although I could supplement my income by providing loans as well as selling real estate, I prefer to let my Lender handle that part of the transaction.
